Essential Oil Diffuser Necklace
I LOVE having an essential oil diffuser necklace around my neck. I just need to put one or two drops on the included felt circle to give me a nice amount of scent but not to be too overpowering. I’ve found that being able to smell it, especially if I put it up to my nose, helps me calm down when I feel myself getting upset. I often use Lavender Essential Oil for it’s calming properties and switch out other essential oils as needed.
Cliganic Essential Oils
If you’re looking for a beginner essential oils set, this is a great one! Lavender is great for relaxing and calming down. Lemongrass is great for cleaning. Eucalyptus is helpful when you’re congested and peppermint smells delicious plus is great for when you’re weaning from breastfeeding, if you’re in that stage of life. Orange is refreshing and invigorating, great to diffuse while at work!

Basic Essential Oil Diffuser
I have this one and love it. It’s basic as it has no remote and not as large as the one above. It works great though. I have one at my desk and the brown version of this at my bedside. I highly recommend it. I’ve been using the one by my bed for 5 years every night and it still works.
Air Purifier for Small Spaces
We love this air purifier so much we have two of them. One in my son’s room because he has allergies and this helps him a lot and one in our room.

I love this protein powder since it’s gluten-free, dairy-free, and soy-free! It’s from pea protein and it’s so tasty! I mix it with my Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk for a great protein boost and sometimes as a meal if I’m short on time.

iHealth Blood Pressure Monitor
Do you struggle with high blood pressure? Maybe because of genetics, weight, or you want to keep track of it because you’re pregnant. Having a blood pressure monitor is a good thing to have. I have a wrist one but this one goes on your arm and I’m guessing is even more accurate than the arm ones.

Aqua Fit Water Jug
Stay Hydrated this summer! We have two of these and they are so great to have in the van to refill water bottles when we’re out exploring. They have a large mouth for easy pouring and also come with a straw if you want to keep all the water to yourself!
We bring these on ALL our adventures and when we go camping or the cabin so we have water to go. I highly, highly recommend!
TENS Unit
I’ve found having this TENS Unit around when needed really helps with muscle aches and tension. I use it mainly on my upper back and shoulders. It’s amazing how much it helps me not me in so much pain.
Cupping Set
Cupping is a great way to help relieve pain all over your body and it’s easy to do! We have this set and it really, really helps when you have a sore spot. My husband and I use it on each other all the time, mainly on our backs, but it really, really works.
